How we work

Daily care and rhythm

Morning care

In the morning, all residents receive personal ADL care. They are helped to get up, washed and dressed. When showering is not possible, the care is done in bed, always with respect and in peace.

Breakfast
Breakfast is varied with a choice of oatmeal, cornflakes or bread with toppings. There is also room for products that family brings, such as yoghurt or Ensure. Personal preferences are taken into account as much as possible.

Lunch
Lunch is the main meal of the day. The menu varies between chicken, meat or fish with potatoes, rice or pasta. We also serve vegetables, salad and daily fresh soup.

Diet & Allergies

Do you or your family member have a diet or allergy? Let us know. We always take this into account when preparing the meals.

Snack
Between meals there is something small, like fruit or a cookie. Sometimes also a treat from family or donation, which is always appreciated.

Evening meal
In the evening we serve a light meal, such as bread with toppings or egg, pancakes, hot dogs or arepas with filling. We provide sufficient variation.

Late night snack
For those who stay up a little later, there is a small evening snack available. This way we can end the day together pleasantly.

Food brought along

All food brought by family is checked in advance by our kitchen team. This is important to ensure hygiene and food safety for all residents.

Excursions with residents
When a resident is taken by family for an activity or excursion, we ask that this is reported to the staff at least one day in advance. Permission from the first contact person is also required.

Residents must be back at the location no later than 19:00. If this is not possible, we kindly request that the resident stays overnight with family. This is entirely at your own risk.

In special cases, such as a birthday or special occasion, an exception can be made. This must be requested at least one day in advance via the first contact person.
